After falling off the wagon I am back in the swing of things but need to be realistic on what I can and can’t do when juggling work, being a mum and a life!
This week I put on 3lbs, although I still fit into my clothes the psychological affect putting on this amount of weight in one week has been both motivational and depressing.
My target weight is in view and after losing a total of 21lbs the last 2 lbs seem a piece of cake, so why can’t I shift that extra 2 lbs?
Being a working mum of an active toddler means I am too tired to do a full workout every night so perhaps it is time to make changes and have more realistic goals
New Years resolutions are had to stick to but trying to squeeze a Mummy Tummy into my pre pregnancy work clothes is the kickstart I needed to get back on track with the fitness regime.
